“ I love going here anytime that I can. The food is always guaranteed to be fresh and hot (from my experience). They have amazing ramen, I typically get their deluxe ramen. It’s very filling and the staff are great at being consistent, patient, and professional in their interactions with customers alongside a great variety of choices for foods for most types of diets and preferences. ”
“ We typically visit the downtown location when in town but the hubby accidentally picked the wrong location on gps no worries it was just as good... Service was good they accidentally gave our order to the wrong table but they quickly fixed it... I wish the server who made the mistake would have stopped by and apologized and owned it but maybe that's just what I would have done! None the less it was exactly what we went for! The spicy crab scallion pancake was new and totally glad we tried it! ”
“ One of our favorite places in Asheville. We prefer this location to the one downtown though downtown is closer for us as it’s less touristy. We continue to support this place though food was better a few years ago. I hope they will bring back the same quality soon. Love the variety of small bites and definitely the ramen. My go to is the miso ramen and my husband tried different ones from spicy to the seafood one tonight. We have many favorites for tapas. Tonight, we ordered Beef Takaki and Zucchini Katsu. There is a small onsite parking and a patio for warmer days. ”
“ DELICIOUS! We are visiting for a few months from Vancouver, BC where there are a plethora of ramen options. I dare say I am a ramen connoisseur. This ramen is LEGIT. The broth is a mixture of tonkotsu and chicken broth, giving it a nice creamy chicken ramen texture while having the bold tonkotsu flavours. The tamago is well marinated (maybe a little too heavily) and with a perfectly custardy yolk. The chashu was nicely charred, maybe a tad overcharred for some but I enjoy it like that. Noodles were standard. I asked if they had spicy powder and my server brought the spicy oil, which I didn’t know was extra charge of 1.50 until the bill came (it’s on the menu). It’s a mild spicy sesame oil that is quite delicious and compliments the ramen very well, would order again. Overall, very pleasantly surprised as we haven’t had much good Asian food down here, and this restaurant really made us feel back at home. PS - LMFAO @ the 1 star review saying this is bad Pho that only serves pork ”
“ I just absolutely love this place! The little plates are perfect to share. There are so many excellent things on the menu, it makes it easy to get to sample a bunch. I am the salmon plates #1 fan - every time I’ve gotten it it’s cooked to perfection. I tried the fries recently and was really surprised by how much of a difference the seasonings and sauce make (in the best possible way). And the Itto House Special Ramen just couldn’t be more perfect. I’m not a big fan of broth, so I love that it’s broth-less. ”

“ Excellent ramen. This time I went with the house deluxe broth with black garlic oil and chashu. The tapas are always on point as well, with the shishito peppers being a consistent favorite. Shishito peppers are inconsistently spicy, with some peppers having no spice at all and others being somewhere between a jalapeno and a habanero. It's like Russian roulette with spice! ”
